A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Social Work to promulgate a legislative rule relating to qualifications for the profession of social work.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Social Work.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 25, 2018, authorized under the authority of §30-30-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Social Work to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 16, 2018, relating to the Board of Social Work (qualifications for the profession of social work, 25 CSR 1), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Social Work to promulgate a legislative rule relating to qualifications for the profession of social work.
